CORE Construction is hiring a full-time National Marketing Specialist to support our National Healthcare market sector, located in our headquarters office in Frisco, TX. The National Marketing Specialist will support a fast-paced department focused on delivering exceptional professional services and brand representation for CORE to the healthcare industry and our healthcare clients. The team produces high-quality healthcare-focused proposals, presentations, conference coordination, and various other creative projects to support the company's growing needs.
This position works closely with the Executive Vice President of Healthcare and focuses on creating healthcare proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, graphics, communications, content, and coordinating conferences. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and excels at managing multiple priorities under pressure. A passion for writing and editing is a bonus.

- A bachelor’s degree in a creative, marketing, business, or related field is required.
- 2 years’ experience in marketing for a similar field
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is highly preferred.
- Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is preferred but not required.
- Experience in healthcare-focused marketing is a plus.
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications are highly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
- This is an in-person job. Candidates must be able to work in our office 5 days per week.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

- This is an exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act and employee is not eligible for overtime compensation.
