CORE is looking for a 3-D design professional to join our Virtual Construction team to provide design-assist services, including 3-D modeling and coordination, mechanical system clash detection, design options studies and more on multiple large-scale commercial construction projects throughout California.
The BIM/MEP Manager will work on multiple preconstruction and construction phase projects and collaborate with Preconstruction team members and the Operations team. These large-scale projects are often for a wide range of institutional clients, including colleges, universities, K-12 districts, municipalities, healthcare systems and more.

- Minimum of five years of experience as part of a preconstruction or construction operations team
- Professional Degree in architecture, construction management or a related field (construction tech, interior design, etc) is preferred
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in design & construction technology: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Lumion, Microsoft Office and Procore
- Experience with CMAR and/or Design/Build delivery methods
- Must work well in a team environment and be committed to client service
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be willing to travel within the state of California
- Ability to interact as part of a multi-talented team and to learn new technology
- A valid driver's license
- This is an exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act and employee is not eligible for overtime compensation.
