Position Overview:
CORE is expanding its team of talented investment sales and leasing advisors. Experienced
brokers are the glue that holds the team together. They are involved in every stage of a
transaction, including business development, relationship management, negotiating the sales
and leasing of properties, as well as coordinating with the marketing department to prepare
marketing materials. While candidates will have the ability to service our existing relationships,
the ideal candidate should have multiple existing relationships and be comfortable establishing
new relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Secure new and expanded client relationships.
- Gather and coordinate materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements,
- commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
- Prepare offers, term sheets, and lease amendments.
- Compile property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps,
- status updates, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments.
- Prepare Request for Proposals (RFP) and reviews RFP responses. Analyze data and
- prepare real estate reports on average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical
- data, and market comparisons.
- Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that
- may affect the real estate industry.
- Provide tenants and landlords with pertinent information on leasing availability, current
- market conditions, and property values.
- Leadership skills to develop into a team leader.
Qualifications:
- Valid real estate license in MA
- Minimum 3, preferably 5 years of commercial real estate experience
- Sales experience in other industries with a track record of success is also desirable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Local market knowledge
- Existing book of business
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
