🔹 What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Manage daily studio operations and motivate your team of Flexologists and Sales Associates to deliver excellence.
- Drive Membership Growth: Execute sales and marketing strategies, grow memberships, and exceed revenue goals.
- Deliver an Exceptional Experience: Ensure every member feels welcomed, supported, and energized during each visit.
- Oversee Studio Operations: Manage scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and ensure studio cleanliness and safety standards are always met.
- Recruit & Develop Talent: Hire, train, and coach team members to perform at their best and grow within the organization.
- Track & Report KPIs: Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.
✅ Who You Are
- 1 year of fitness studio, gym, or retail management experience
- Proven success in sales, customer service, or team leadership
- Energetic, positive, and people-focused with strong communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management
- Passionate about health, fitness, and wellness
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM or POS systems (experience with AI-driven tools a plus!)
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $52,000–$55,000 annually (depending on experience)
