At StretchLab Canton, we’re looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales Associate who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping others feel their best.
This isn’t a typical retail or front desk role. You’ll be introducing people to a service that genuinely improves how they move, feel, and live—and you’ll be rewarded for helping our studio grow.
Whether you’re coming from sales, hospitality, customer service, fitness, healthcare, or simply love working with people, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do- Welcome new clients and create an exceptional first impression
- Conduct studio tours and explain the benefits of assisted stretching
- Follow up with prospective clients and schedule introductory appointments
- Help convert leads into long-term members
- Support daily studio operations, scheduling, and client communication
- Represent StretchLab at local events and community partnerships
- Work alongside a positive, high-energy team focused on growth and service
- You genuinely enjoy talking with people
- You’re confident making recommendations and asking for the sale
- You thrive in a goal-oriented environment
- You’re organized and dependable
