StretchLab is seeking a driven and dynamic General Manager to lead one of our premier studios. The General Manager is the face of the studio, responsible for creating a welcoming, results-driven environment where members feel supported, and team members are empowered to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
• Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of Flexologists and front desk staff. Create a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive membership sales, manage lead pipelines, track KPIs, and execute outreach strategies to maximize enrollment, draft, and overall studio performance.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily studio operations including scheduling, payroll, reporting, inventory, and adherence to StretchLab brand standards. Ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment.
• Member Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service by building strong relationships, addressing member concerns, and ensuring every session meets StretchLab’s standards for results and care.
• Community Engagement: Represent StretchLab at events, develop local partnerships, and drive brand awareness through creative marketing and outreach.
Qualifications
• Proven leadership experience in fitness, wellness, retail, or hospitality management.
• Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and people management skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
