💼 Position Flexologist📍 Location Darien CT
💰 Pay $24 to $28 per hour when working with clients plus tips and commission
🕒 Part time and full time roles available
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Deliver one on one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client
- Educate clients on flexibility, mobility, injury prevention, and recovery
- Support presale events, community outreach, and membership growth initiatives
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to long term retention
- Help create a welcoming, positive, and high energy studio environment
🎓 Paid Training and Certification
- All hires will complete StretchLab’s Flexologist Training Program at no cost prior to opening.
- Includes approximately 20 hours of online and in studio training
- Hands on coaching from certified Master Flexologist Trainers
- Ongoing continuing education and development

- Passion for health, fitness, mobility, and helping others
- Background in personal training, physical therapy, yoga, Pilates, massage therapy, or related field preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in fitness, bodywork, or movement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and team oriented mindset
