Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Safety Coordinator located in Lake Mills, WI. The Safety Coordinator will assist with workplace safety strategies, conduct safety training sessions, ensure compliance with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards, and perform accident investigations. Additional responsibilities include identifying and mitigating safety risks, maintaining safety policies, and promoting a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Occupational Health and Industrial Safety practices
- Proficiency in delivering Safety Training and compliance education
- Strong knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and protocols
- Experience in Accident Investigation and risk analysis
- Ability to communicate technical safety information effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CSP, ASP, CHST) is a plus
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
