The Mechanic will be responsible for conducting maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair work on heavy-duty trucks and equipment. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues, performing system diagnostics, and ensuring all work meets safety and performance standards. Qualifications
- Experience in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
- Familiarity with Heavy Equipment and its components
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Ability to work on-site in Brooksville, FL
- Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining work quality
- Prior experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems is a plus
- ASE or other relevant certification is preferred
- High school diploma or GED; additional technical training is a plus
