What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Field Technician position at Core Tech Industrial Corp?
Core Tech Industrial Corp is looking for a Quality Field Technician. This qualified candidate must be self-motivated, organized and able to diagnose, troubleshoot and solve problems. This individual is a vital part of our quality process and ensures our products and procedures are of the highest quality. Candidate will be full-time, on-site, and willing to travel to the field up to 35% of the time (upon completion of adequate shop training). Deployment is at the discretion of the business.
Duties:
· Performing FATs (factory acceptance testing)
· Mechanical Electrical assembly troubleshooting activities in the shop and field
· Supporting Customer visits/inspections in the shop and field
· Repairing, retrofitting, commissioning and inspecting systems in the field
· Completing reports for FATs, EOMRs (end of line manufacturing), QCRs (quality control reports), commissioning and inspections.
· Completing red tag or yellow tag as necessary
Minimum required competency:
· Technical degree or relevant electrical experience.
· Must be able to stand and work with hands for an extended period.
· Strong problem solving and communication skills.
· Prior relevant experience in a manufacturing environment or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
