Fabrication Worker at Core East Texas

Core Supply in East Texas is seeking safety-oriented candidates to work in the Fabrication Yard.

Established in 2010, Core Supply, LLC is a rapidly growing and respected market leader supplying Rebar Fabrication, Post Tension, Wood Products, and Concrete Accessories to satisfied customers in the Construction Industry!

Job Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Core Supply's safety standards
• Safely operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and safety standards
• Operate forklift to move, load, and unload materials
• Operate shearing machine to bend steel reinforcement bars to specific shape and size
• Operate power saw for cutting reinforcing steel bars to specified lengths
• Maintain the shop or designated area in a clean safe manner
• Be punctual and fit for duty
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must have high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Fabrication experience a plus
• Must have basic math skills to be able to calculate bar measurements
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience working outdoors required
• Must be able to work in noisy, dusty, hot, cold, and rainy conditions
• Must be able to work overtime with little notice
• Must have excellent communication skills
