Position Summary
We're looking for an outgoing and motivated Retail & Event Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll engage with customers in person, explain product benefits, and help them make confident decisions about their energy options. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys people and communication.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in retail stores, pop-up events, and trade shows
- Clearly explain product features, pricing, and promotions
- Build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Collect and record customer information using a tablet or mobile app to complete sales
- Set up and maintain displays and event booths
- Provide feedback and insights to your manager to improve the customer experience
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and motivation to meet goals
- Comfortable working in busy, in-person environments
- Reliable transportation to and from work locations
- Flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends
Preferred:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, event marketing, or sales
