This role can be based out of various of our office locations, including Kent, WA; Bellevue, WA; Puyallup, WA Richland, WA; Chehalis, WA; Roseville, CA; Ontario, CA; Bentonville, AR; Farmers Branch, TX; Philadelphia, PA; West Chester, PA; Tampa, FL; and Somerville, NJ. Only candidates in close proximity to these locations will be considered.

Summary Of Position
Join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team for our spectacular 11-week summer program where you’ll:
- Contribute to real projects applicable to your degree/discipline (e.g., Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Structural, etc.)
- Collaborate with experienced professionals across departments
- Conduct site visits and/or job shadow (select locations)
- Rotate through departments (select locations) for broader exposure
- Learn industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and more

Qualifications
- A junior pursuing a degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Structural, EV Infrastructure, and Fire Protection) or Construction

- Ready to make an impact and grow your career
