We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure & Network Engineering Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's network infrastructure. The Infrastructure & Network Engineering Lead will work closely with other IT teams to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our network systems.

Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure.
- Develop and enforce network policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of network systems.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network solutions with other systems and applications.
- Manage network-related projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company's network infrastructure remains current and competitive.
- Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and security.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) preferred.
- Familiarity with network automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ansible) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Previous experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP) are a plus.
- Experience with cloud networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure) preferred.
- Experience with Cisco solutions (Meraki, Cisco) preferred.
