Position Overview
The Marketing Manager is a key role within the marketing department, responsible for driving and executing marketing strategies and initiatives on behalf of the Build-to-Rent portfolio at Core Spaces. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing principles and possess a creative and strategic mindset. This position will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, development and implementation of marketing campaigns, management of brand messaging, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams/external partners to create effective marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives. As a key driver of our marketing efforts, the Senior Marketing Manager will inspire the team to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table, fostering a culture of innovation within the department.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase market share for Core Spaces newly launched Build-to-Rent portfolio
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience, market trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to guide marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing campaigns and collateral that effectively communicate the brand message and value proposition
- Oversee the creative collateral needed for lease ups at all newly launched communities
- Assist in providing collateral to support the marketing strategy to the digital team for all digital marketing channels including website, social media, email marketing and online advertising
- Monitor and analyze key marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations and training, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
- Manage digital agency partner
- Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and propose innovative ideas to keep the brand ahead of the competition
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners to leverage additional marketing opportunities
- Occasional travel may be necessary as needed
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management

Ideally, you'll have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing roles, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive responsibility
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic marketing decision
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices, and ability to adapt strategies accordingly

- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, coaching, and mentoring
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation, CRM, and web analytics
