Pay Range: USD $140,000.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr. Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, typically 15% of base salary annually, depending on individual and organizational performance. Compensation Disclosure:

The Investor Due Diligence Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of investor due diligence for the firm’s private real estate funds and separate accounts. This role works with both institutional and wealth management capital teams to ensure the firm presents a cohesive, transparent, and timely response to investor and consultant requests, including RFPs, DDQs, operational due diligence (ODD), and investment-specific inquiries. The ideal candidate is a highly organized communicator with deep knowledge of real estate investment processes and a strong understanding of both fund operations and investment strategy.
What You Will Do:
- Due Diligence Coordination: Manage the end-to-end process for all investor and consultant due diligence requests, including RFPs, DDQs, RFIs, and ad-hoc questionnaires.
- Information Management: Maintain and continuously update a comprehensive database of standard responses, policies, organizational charts, and supporting materials (e.g., track record data, compliance documents, sustainability initiatives).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with portfolio management, legal/compliance, accounting, asset management, and investor relations teams to gather, verify, and format accurate information.
- Operational Due Diligence Support: Lead coordination of ODD reviews, including scheduling, document preparation, and on-site (or virtual) sessions with investor consultants and auditors.
- Process Improvement: Develop and maintain systems, templates, and workflow efficiencies to standardize the due diligence process and ensure consistent messaging across all investor communications.
- Regulatory & Compliance Awareness: Partner with legal/compliance to ensure all due diligence materials align with internal controls and regulatory disclosure standards (e.g., SEC, ERISA, Sustainability reporting frameworks).
- Investor Meetings: Support investor and consultant meetings, including materials preparation, data verification, and follow-up Q&A.
- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain detailed logs of all due diligence activities and deliverables, tracking response times, common data requests, and recurring themes to improve institutional readiness.

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or CAIA designation preferred.
- 7 years of experience in private equity real estate, investor relations, fund operations, or investment management consulting.
- Strong understanding of institutional investor expectations, fund structures (commingled funds, JVs, SMAs), and performance reporting metrics.
- Exceptional organizational, writing, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
- High attention to detail and comfort with quantitative and qualitative data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with RFP/DDQ management tools preferred.
- Collaborative mindset and professional maturity to interface with senior management, investors, and consultants.
