Pay Range
USD $25.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, certifications, seniority, geographic location, and business needs.

What You Will Do
- Support the schematic design process by collaborating with the design team to create 3D SketchUp models and producing rendering studies
- Assist with preparing presentations and materials for design reviews
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Core Design Standards Manual
- Assist in updating and organizing shared design resources
- Participate in internal design project reviews, project coordination meetings, and cross-functional department meetings
- Assist with building, maintaining, and organizing the material library
- Gain exposure to the real estate development industry
- Learn how a design project moves from concept to completion
- Occasional travel may be necessary as needed
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management
- Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills with the ability to work on multiple deadlines at once
- Be enrolled in an accredited program to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- Software Program expertise in ACAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite
- Prior internship experience
- Enscape and/or Sketchup
- Graphic Design & Branding
