Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Property Supervisor located in San Francisco, CA. The Property Supervisor will oversee daily property management operations, including supervising staff, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring the properties meet operational and financial goals. Responsibilities also include preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The Property Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and guide team members
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with tenants, team members, and stakeholders
• Experience in Property Management and a solid understanding of maintenance and tenant operations
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management within property operations
• Outstanding Customer Service skills to ensure tenant satisfaction and maintain relationships
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple properties and tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with local property management laws and regulations is an asset
• A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred
