Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL, for a Roofer Helper. The Roofer Helper will support skilled professionals in preparing, constructing, and maintaining roofing systems. Qualifications
- Experience or willingness to learn Carpentry and Roof construction techniques
- Knowledge of or willingness to assist with Insulation and Waterproofing applications
- Ability to work at Height safely and efficiently
- General mechanical skills and familiarity with hand and power tools
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Physical fitness to perform labor-intensive tasks and work in various weather conditions
- Prior experience in roofing or construction is a plus
