ADVERTISING SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

My client, a national alternative OUT-OF-HOME (OOH) media organization with one of the largest and most diverse place-based media networks in the country. Our portfolio reaches audiences across every demographic from national CPG and retail to healthcare and regional brands delivering targeted, high-impact campaigns that drive results.

About the Role

This is a new business development position focused on building relationships with brands, agencies, media buyers, and planners across a defined territory. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, pitching solutions, and growing revenue while collaborating with internal teams to execute successful campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 3 PLUS YEARS, Media or advertising sales experience preferred (OOH a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Motivated by personal and financial success
  • Ability to travel regionally (approx. 1 week per quarter)


Primary Responsibilities

  • Daily outreach: cold calling & email prospecting
  • Build, manage, and grow client relationships
  • Proposal development and presentation
  • Contract negotiation & full sales lifecycle ownership
  • Partner with operations to ensure campaign success
  • Maintain accountability for revenue goals and pipeline growth


Compensation & Benefits

đŸ’Œ Salary: $85,000-$100,000 (DOE)

💰 Commission on all sales

Work Environment

Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, REMOTE
