As the first impression of our community, you’ll play a key role in helping prospective residents find a place they’re proud to call home while delivering an elevated leasing experience from tour to move-in.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome and engage prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes, amenities, and lifestyle benefits
- Guide prospects through the leasing and application process from start to finish
- Maintain strong follow-up communication with leads through calls, email, and CRM systems
- Build positive relationships with current residents and assist with resident retention initiatives
- Support move-ins, lease renewals, and overall resident satisfaction efforts
- Collaborate with the onsite team to achieve occupancy, leasing, and customer service goals
- Assist with marketing initiatives, social media engagement, and outreach events
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor pricing, and leasing strategies
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a solutions-focused mindset
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable working with technology, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused
- Passion for creating exceptional experiences and helping people find their next home
