Arbour Commons is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Multifamily Leasing Consultant with direct sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual with a passion for helping prospective residents find their perfect home. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a key role in maintaining high occupancy levels and excellent resident relations at our community.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as a primary point of contact for prospective residents and visitors, providing them with a warm welcome and comprehensive property tours.
- Assist prospects in completing applications, verifying rental history, and providing necessary leasing information.
- Maintain knowledge of current market conditions and competitor properties to effectively assist prospective tenants.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of rental applications and lease agreements in CRM.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, resolving inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and posting regularly on Instagram. Instagram experience *required*
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential residents and maintain an organized database of leads.
- Assist in organizing and promoting resident events and community activities.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous leasing or sales experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and marketing skills required.
- Proficiency in office software applications and property management systems; experience in Yardi or CRM Flex a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends required.
- High level of professionalism and reliability.
