At Core Reach Group, we are seeking a dedicated and driven Entry Level Team Member to fill our entry level role opening in Laredo, Texas. We partner with top respected clients such as AT&T to build strong and authentic relationships while continuously growing our network.

As an Entry Level Team Member, you would act as the first point of contact for our customers in retail stores and explain AT&T's wireless products and services while delivering excellent customer service. Alongside other Entry Level Team Member team members, you would also be proactive in new team endeavours and collaborate on team strategies. What you will do as an Entry Level Team Member

• Represent the AT&T brand professionally while offering wireless products and services to new customers
• Assist customers with tailored solutions while offering excellent customer service
• Meet monthly targets and goals
• Collaborate with other Entry Level Team Members on best strategies
• Troubleshoot and assist customers with technical problems on accounts and products
• Handle client information and ensure accurate data entry
• Take initiative to streamline processes

What you need to become an Entry Level Team Member

• Previous in Customer Service experience will be beneficial
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to connect with a diverse group of people
• A professional and customer-centric approach
• A passion for customer service

Pay: $48,640.25 - $54,663.52 per year
