Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
- Complete intakes, assessments, and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a supervising psychiatrist and treatment team
- Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and trainings
- Deliver services using evidence-based practices (CBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (Required)
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a caseload and work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania license (LPC, LCSW, or similar)
- 1 year of mental health counseling experience
