What are the responsibilities and job description for the RECYCLE TECH position at Core Property Resources?
Recycling Technician
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Trash removal in warehouse and office areas and disposal in dumpster or recycling areas.
- Operate baler and bale all unusable cardboard or plastic scrap. Utilize pallet jack to move product/scrap.
- Complete and document sanitation quality checks. Ensure safe handling and cleaning of allergen and non-GMO production equipment.
- Clean in Place (CIP):
* Understand basic CIP and sanitation theory
* Conduct steps required to ensure effective CIP of each circuit.
* Maintain all CIP systems in a "like new" state. Conduct daily cleaning as needed.
* Verify and document each CIP cycle.
* Troubleshoot and correct deviations in CIP system performance
- Ensure Waste areas are properly maintained.
Other duties:
Complete shift hand off at SHO boards
Operate Powered Industrial Equipment (scrubber, electric pallet jack, and/or forklift)
Comply with safety training, policies, and procedures.
Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices
Must be able to Push/Pull/Lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.
1st Shift: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
2nd Shift: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
3rd Shift: 11:00 pm - 07:00 am
