- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient transitions between services.
- Provide administrative support within the medical office, including answering phones and managing correspondence.
- Educate patients about available services, procedures, and health resources.
- Experience working in a dental office or medical office setting is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
