WORK SIDE-BY-SIDE WITH SEASONED PHYSICAL THERAPISTS!
We are a private practice company owned and managed by physical therapists with two clinics located directly within the heart of dynamic Downtown Seattle communities and one within the Shoreline community.
Immediate Physical Therapy Aide opening available for enthusiastic team player wanting to promote evidence-based quality of patient care through education and collaborative effort. The location is for the Belltown Clinic. At this location, you will be working side-by-side with our seasoned Physical Therapists and will have the opportunity to assist them with one-on-one care of their patients. You will be involved with the patient treatments and will receive hands-on experience. In addition to patient care, you will also learn about the administrative side of the business, thus providing you with a complete experience in practicing within an outpatient private physical therapy practice.
The hours are Monday through Friday and can vary from 6:45 am to 6:00 pm with a 1 hour lunch break.

Description
- An individual who is involved in physical therapy patient care, who does not meet the definition of a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant and receives ongoing on-the-job training.
Duties
- Assist patients in exercises, following the rehabilitation plan established by the physical therapist.
- Assist in maintenance of records and files reflecting current patient progress, care plans, and related statistical data.
- Assist in care, cleaning, and maintenance of department, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist in general clerical duties including filing, copying, scheduling, collecting payments, and answering phone calls.
- Various other duties as requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in pre-physical therapy, kinesiology, biology, or other health-related field.
- Intent to apply to Physical Therapy Graduate Program within the following two years.
- Excellent patient interaction skills.
- Self-motivation and a desire to learn.
