We are a private practice company owned and managed by physical therapists with four clinics located directly within the heart of dynamic Downtown Seattle communities and one within the Shoreline community.
Immediate opening available for a qualified Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator (Medical Front Office Receptionist) for our Shoreline Clinic. Please submit a Resume when applying. The hours will be Monday through Friday, with no weekends and no evenings. The clinic hours are typically 7am to 6pm. The hours of this position will be 7am to 4pm Monday through Friday.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to play an integral role in the continued success of our high standards of excellent patient experience at our clinics. We ask that you have a strong interest in healthcare administration, as there is opportunity to grow within the administrative departments within the organization for the right applicant. This role is designed to be an excellent entry level position to gain healthcare administrative experience and patient contact. Many of our successful team members who started in this position have either grown into leadership roles within the company, moved on to larger healthcare organizations, or have entered into Graduate School.
Duties (not limited to the following):
- Manage high-volume clinic schedules for all therapists
- Schedule patient appointments in person, over the phone, and via email
- Collect patient copays and account payments
- Maintain patient accounts on internet-based scheduling software
- Provide staff and clinic administrative support
- Maintain paperwork for patient authorization, prescriptions, and referrals

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
