Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of outpatient substance abuse programs, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Supervise, train, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff
- Develop and implement program policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards
- Monitor program performance through data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure individualized, client-centered treatment planning
- Manage program budgets, resources, and scheduling
- Maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders
- Address client concerns and ensure a high standard of care and ethical practice
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and support staff development
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in substance abuse treatment or behavioral health services
