Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional client support, handling inquiries efficiently, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in computer applications, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A passion for fitness and knowledge of dietary supplements is highly valued for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information regarding Core Nutritionals products, services, and account details
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using data entry systems
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting purposes
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services preferred
  • Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
  • Data entry accuracy with fast typing skills (minimum required speed)
  • Experience with sales techniques is a plus but not mandatory
  • Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns professionally
  • Strong analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
