Position Summary
Provide communication support in the day-to-day operations of the Pennsylvania Mines, to ensure communications throughout, provide the tracking of all underground personnel as required by law and monitor multiple alarm systems.
Target Responsibilities

- Primary responsibility is the tracking of all underground personnel at the Pennsylvania mines as required by law
- Calls and assists emergency medical services as needed
- Track employees keeping management aware of any communication or monitoring problems
- Acts as a means of communication between surface and underground personnel and mine management, as well as, emergency notification of underground personnel as directed by mine management
- Monitors and reports to management communication and failures pertaining to monitoring systems and tracking and communication in place at the mines
- Position requires shift rotation (Midnight, Afternoon, and Day), weekends, and holiday work.
Required Skills and Experience
- Must possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
1 years of call center or similar experience
Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
