CDL Hazmat Truck Driver

As a CNG Driver at CORE Natural Gas, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of Compressed Natural Gas from our yard locations to customer sites throughout West Texas.

Based in Stanton, TX, this position offers a fixed schedule with local routes, allowing drivers to be home after each shift. We emphasize safety, maintain high-quality equipment, and foster a supportive work environment.

Location: Stanton, TX

Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off

Routes: Local driving

Shift Availability: Day and night shifts available

·     Safely transport Compressed Natural Gas from yard locations to customer sites

·     Operate tractor-trailers on both paved and off-road routes

·     Retrieve empty CNG trailers from customer sites and return them to hub locations

·     Connect and disconnect hoses at compression stations and pressure reduction systems

·     Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles

·     Follow all company safety procedures, customer site requirements, and DOT regulations

·     Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat (H) and Tank (N), or X endorsement

·     At least two (2) years of verifiable Class A truck driving experience; military experience is also considered

·     Railroad certificate required

·     Preference for candidates with oilfield hauling experience

·     Two (2) years of HAZMAT transport experience is advantageous

·     Clean driving record, including MVR and PSP, with no suspensions

·     Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, Fit-for-Duty assessment, and drug and alcohol screening
