✔Ensure zero expedited shipments.
✔Coordinate and secure zero past-due deliveries.
✔Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements.
✔Support customer service activities and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
✔ Advanced English
✔ Customer service experience
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Planner in a manufacturing environment.
✔ Advanced proficiency in Excel
