Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Support the review and reading of blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to facilitate accurate project execution.
- Help prepare and manage RFI, change orders, and submittal documentation with precision and clarity.
- Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and collaborate with the team to implement corrective actions efficiently.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction site coordination or assisting in construction management is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with construction estimating tools such as Trimble software is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings is essential for success in this role.
- Knowledge of construction management software like ProCore or Bluebeam enhances your ability to support project workflows effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of contracts, project scheduling, and construction site safety protocols is desirable.
