Position Details:
- Work Location: Glenwillow, OH

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, hours may vary based on business needs but generally are 5AM-1:30PM. May require occasional weekends
- Travel/Training: This is an onsite position at the Cleveland, OH OpCo {30300 Emerald Valley Parkway, Glenwillow, OH 44139} with limited travel for initial training
- Compensation: $60-$80k base salary, depending on experience, plus bonus potential based on KPIs!!
- Relocation: this position does not offer relocation
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the management of Division Inventory, including completing the daily cigarette stamp count, weekly cigarette inventory and trimester full cycle counts. Research and resolve inventory variances.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a high-performance culture, resulting in continued success meeting functional KPIs and improved levels of customer service to interior and exterior customers.
- Ensure accurate reporting of weekly inventory issues and the status of issues of concern.
- Manage Inventory Cycle Counters to ensure effective daily Inventory status corrections, including the coordination of verifying accuracy of products with potential freshness or dating issues.
- Weekly count and analysis of Cigarette Stamp inventories and purchase of additional stamps from various regulatory agencies, including the safe-guarding and control of the stamps.
- Collaborate with Core-Mark counterparts to develop and implement Inventory Management procedures and process guidelines.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiencies in Division Intra-Departmental activities by establishing strong working relationships with all Department Managers.
- Identify Aged Inventory opportunities and partner with the appropriate personnel to ensure appropriate resolution.
- Provide support to OpCo Finance Director on various financial related assignments. Ensure departmental compliance with all Sox regulations as well as other company policies and procedures.
- Oversee the daily cycle counts based on product movement and dollar values.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualification:
- High School Degree or General Educational Development (GED)
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in wholesale/retail industry Inventory Management, or similar experience.
- Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong working knowledge of inventory management, as well as operational systems (AS 400 and other Inventory systems)
- Ability to communicate information accurately and apply strong math skills.
- Inquisitive, detail-oriented with strong quantitative analytical skills
- Innovative approach to research and problem solving
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
