DIGITAL PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Production Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) in a fast-paced legal support environment. The ideal candidate thrives on accuracy, multitasking, and supporting team operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Produce transcripts in both electronic and hard copy formats (including RAW and Real Legend)
· Prepare deposition summaries
· Scan and electronically mark exhibits
· Track and coordinate court reporters
· Ensure court reporters follow established procedures and protocols
· Send Zoom links and assist in monitoring videoconferences
· Verify and submit job sheets and vendor invoices for billing
· Support court reporters by tracking transcripts and assisting with access issues (including RAW files)
· Perform additional administrative and production duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
· Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Legal experience or knowledge is preferred, but not required
