Responsibilities

• Work Zillow-provided buyer and seller opportunities using our systems
• Follow structured lead response, follow-up, and conversion processes
• Participate in scheduled training, coaching, and role-play sessions
• Maintain high professional and ethical standards
• Track activity and performance metrics consistently
• Represent the Next Steps Group brand with professionalism and integrity
