Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Bilingual Operations Manager to join our on-site team in Houston, TX. This role involves overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and managing team performance to ensure seamless service delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, managing resources, monitoring workflow efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering team collaboration. The Operations Manager will also provide bilingual communication support to strengthen relations with diverse clients and team members, facilitating smooth and effective exchanges.
Qualifications
Strong operations management skills, with 2-3 years of recent experience, including resource allocation, workflow optimization, logistics ,dispatching , management, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce, ensuring collaboration and productivity.
- Proficiency in bilingual communication (Spanish and English), with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in client relations, providing excellent customer service, and addressing client needs with professional acumen.
- Technical knowledge in hydraulic systems or previous experience in a related industry is preferred.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills for addressing operational challenges effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is a plus not required.
