Position: Full-Time Recruiter Location: 7942 Breen Dr. Houston, TX 77064 Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within Core Hydraulics, with a particular focus on light industrial roles.
- Utilize your expertise to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for our organization.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing methods.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the HR team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a light industrial or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a deadline-driven and high-volume recruitment environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)
