Responsibilities:
- Perform auto glass repairs and replacements with attention to detail and safety standards.
- Handle glass materials safely, including heavy lifting and proper handling techniques.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for fitting and installing automotive glass.
- Conduct manual glass cutting when necessary to ensure precise fitment.
- Apply automotive glass knowledge for ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) calibration and integration.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly for service calls and transportation of materials.
- Assist with auto estimating, invoicing, and customer communication to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including detailing and vehicle maintenance tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven dealership experience or background in automotive glass services preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems and auto body repair.
- Expertise in ADAS calibration, auto estimating, and auto glass replacement techniques.
- Skilled in manual glass cutting, fitting glass installation, and handling various glass materials.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation processes.
- Must be flexible to work weekends and stay at hotels as required by travel and service schedules.
