We manufacture and sell kitchenware and hydration products for all types of retailers - from national chains all over the world to independent shops in the small towns throughout the US. As our business continues to grow, we are in search of passionate and talented candidates to join our Production team.
Who You Are
The perfect candidate can multi-task, prioritize, and communicate effectively in and out of their department. We are looking for a detail-orientated person who is organized and excels at consistent follow-up and critical thinking.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for daily issue resolution and communication support for our Production team to vendors
· Manage production for all Open POs with oversea vendors for creation to booking to ensure timely delivery of all goods.
· Work with sales and product development team to prioritize workload and to relieve bottlenecks in processes to ensure timelines are met.
· Communicate with multiple factories to ensure products standards are being met
· Report open order status to sales team and affiliated departments through daily monitoring of all Open POs via email and reporting tools.
· Consistent updating of information on internal ERP system via manual entry and excel uploads.
· Partner with Logistics team to ensure vendors have confirmed bookings in a timely manner
· Perform cost/margin analysis and ensure pricing margins requirements are met
· Working with Product Development team on sourcing items from existing and new vendors
Skills & Qualifications:
· 2-4 years experience in similar Production role required
· Working knowledge of MS Office with a focus on Excel
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills
· Exceptional attention to detail and great organizational skills
· Team player and able to work in a fast pace environment
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
