We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, accuracy-driven, and results-focused individual to join our team as an Order Entry & Accuracy Specialist.
Job Summary:
This role is all about precision under pressure. The Order Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering and validating orders quickly and flawlessly, ensuring every detail is correct, and connecting related information to prevent errors. Accountability, accuracy, and proactive problem-solving are key — you own the accuracy of every order.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and validate all purchase orders in the ERP system with zero tolerance for errors.
- Ensure speed and accuracy in data entry while maintaining accountability for each order.
- Review and confirm order details, pricing, and item codes before submission.
- Identify inconsistencies and connect data points to resolve issues proactively.
- Communicate promptly with customers to confirm order receipt and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records in the system.
- Generate and review order accuracy reports; proactively correct any inconsistencies.
- Support the sales team with precise administrative tasks related to order processing.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in order entry, order fulfillment, & customer service is required.
- Candidates with experience as Paralegals, Healthcare Note Takers, or Rx Associates are strongly encouraged to apply, as these roles demonstrate exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English / Spanish bilingual is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong individual ownership to follow up and follow through.
- Experience with ERP systems or order management software is a plus.
