We manufacture and sell kitchenware, hydration, and everyday products for all types of retailers - from national chains all over the world to independent shops in the small towns throughout the US. As our business continues to grow, we are in search of motivated and talented candidates to grow our Packaging and Graphic Design team.

Who you are

You are passionate about design innovation and creating captivating graphic design concepts for consumer-packaged goods. You have sharp attention to detail, love to create new concepts for our ever growing selection of goods. You have experience in the graphic or packaging and are looking to grow your experience. You can easily prioritize your workload and make a point to communicate to key players to ensure everyone is kept up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative packaging concepts and product graphics from concept to production. Your creations must captivate and engage consumers as well as communicate the function of the item being developed.
• Create precise and innovative dielines for packaging structures, ensuring seamless production.
• Collaborate with vendors to communicate design specifications effectively and troubleshoot any production challenges.
• Possess a deep understanding of print materials and techniques to ensure optimal packaging execution.
• Support sales team with presentations and decks.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging packaging innovations, and safety compliance to continuously push the boundaries of design.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience with an in-house design team or creative agency.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and creativity.
• Proficiency in design software. Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Knowledge of packaging design, printing, materials, and structure
• Understanding of printing materials and techniques, including sustainability considerations.
• Strong branding and logo design skills
• Good hand skills and an ability to prepare mockup packaging for client review
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Photograph retouching capabilities for packaging assets as needed
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities, anticipate demands, and communicate status appropriately
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.
