Core Healing Professionals is growing, and we want your passion and presence to help shape this next chapter.

What started as a thriving solo practice is officially expanding into a collaborative group environment. We are looking for passionate pre-licensed associates, fully licensed mental health therapists, and licensed massage therapists who are ready to practice in a space that values authenticity, community, and the "human" side of healing.

Our practice was established to provide a compassionate alternative to "business as usual" healthcare. We recognize that traditional, large-scale clinical settings can create high-stress environments for both clients and providers. At Core Healing, we’ve intentionally built a culture that rejects employee productivity quotas in favor of quality care and sustainable professional lives.

We believe that our first responsibility is to prioritize our own needs as practitioners and fellow humans. By caring for ourselves and one another, we are far better positioned to provide effective, heart-centered healing and restorative experiences to our broad client communities.

We are a proud partner of the Wildflower Wellness Workshop in Eugene—a community hub designed for connection.

• Focus on Healing, Not Admin: Through our contract with Wildflower, we provide full administrative support, including scheduling, billing, HR services, and insurance claim processing, so that you can focus on your craft.
• Location Your Way: Mental health providers are encouraged to take advantage of hybrid or fully remote options. For massage therapists and in-person sessions, our physical office in Eugene offers a beautiful, restorative environment, and we will soon have therapy rooms in other locations in Oregon and Washington.
• A Human-First Culture: We respect your individual character, the depth of your experience, and the ways we empower one another as practitioners and caring humans. We are looking for providers dedicated to excellence in care and the joys and strengths of collaboration, not simply siloed contractors.

• The Credentials:
• Counselors: An MA, MS, or PHD from an accredited institution; currently registered as an associate/intern OR fully licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) in Oregon. If you need support with prelicensed registration and are otherwise eligible, we can certainly support that process.
• Massage Therapists: Current Oregon LMT licensure, in good standing.
• The Spark: You bring a heart-centered approach to your practice and are energized by the process of helping others experience self-delight, gain real relief from stress or trauma, and/or feel connected and supported.
• The Alignment: You value the relationship between the ingredients and the great bake and are excited to provide sound, effective interventions within a practice that celebrates the quality of the therapeutic relationship and client wellbeing over client volume.
