Our growing services organization is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth through relationship development, strategic networking, and new business acquisition. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, cultivating referral partnerships, and expanding market presence across both commercial and residential sectors. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for building relationships, generating leads, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.



Key Responsibilitie

  • sGenerate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold outreach, community involvement, and industry events
  • .Conduct meetings and presentations to educate prospective clients and referral partners on company services and capabilities
  • .Create and execute territory growth strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue
  • .Manage sales activities, pipeline development, and customer interactions through CRM systems
  • .Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify opportunities for repeat and referral business

.Qualification

  • sMinimum 3 years of experience in business development, outside sales, account management, or relationship-based sales
  • .Proven business development experience within restoration, mitigation, disaster recovery, landscaping services, or a related service industry is required
  • .Demonstrated success generating new business and developing long-term client relationships
  • .Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • .Highly motivated, results-driven professional with the ability to work independently
  • .Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
  • .Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally within the assigned market

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
