CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – ENTRY LEVEL – IMMEDIATE OPENINGS
We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and are looking to gain experience in customer service, client relations, promotions, and sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with questions about products, services, and current promotions
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Represent our clients at local promotional events
- Help customers understand available options and services
- Support customer acquisition and retention efforts
- Work closely with the customer service and management team
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development
