Core CPR Solutions is expanding, and we’re looking for reliable, motivated instructors to join our team as independent contractors. You’ll start by teaching CPR classes (training provided) and have opportunities to grow into more advanced instructor roles as our company expands.
This is a part-time role (2–10 hours per week) with flexible scheduling — perfect for anyone with a healthcare background like retired Nurses, LVN, RN, EMTs, healthcare students, or professionals with strong communication skills who want meaningful, extra income.
What We’re Looking For:
- Healthcare background like RN, LVN, EMT, Paramedic, healthcare student, OR strong teaching/public speaking background
- Reliable transportation and ***willingness to travel*** within Collin & Denton Counties (Irving, Lewisville, Allen, Frisco, etc, occasional Keller or Mansfield)
- Daytime availability with some evening (6:30 pm) classes
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Dependable and responsive (our clients depend on you!)
Responsibilities:
Teach CPR classes for healthcare professionals, businesses, and community groups (2–10 hours per week, depending on demand).
Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled classes.
Travel to class sites within Collin County, Denton County, and more.
Deliver engaging, accurate instruction using provided training materials.
Maintain a professional and positive learning environment for participants.
Complete required shadowing and initial training before teaching independently.
Care for, clean, and properly store CPR training equipment after each class.
Communicate promptly with the scheduling team regarding class availability and assignments.
Represent Core CPR Solutions with professionalism and reliability.
