Position highlights
- Shared physician coverage: 4-day shifts plus 1 nocturnist (nocturnist performs procedures)
- APP support: 2 daytime APPs and 1 nocturnist APP; APPs respond to and assist with codes
- Typical patient census: high 70s to low 90s
- EMR: Cerner
- Open ICU model
- Board eligibility/certification: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
