Emergency Medicine Medical Director Opportunity
Core Clinical Partners is seeking an experienced physician leader to serve as Emergency Medicine Medical Director at Randolph Health in Asheboro, North Carolina.
This is an opportunity to combine clinical practice with meaningful physician leadership while working alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, hospital leadership, and Core Clinical Partners.
The Medical Director will provide leadership for the Emergency Medicine program with a focus on clinical quality, department operations, clinician engagement, recruitment and retention, and team development.
About Randolph Health
Randolph Health is an independent community hospital serving Asheboro and the surrounding communities of central North Carolina. The hospital provides a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services and plays an important role in delivering healthcare throughout Randolph County and the surrounding region.
The Emergency Department cares for approximately 30,000 patient visits annually and is supported by physicians and advanced practice providers dedicated to providing high-quality emergency care.

Medical Director Leadership
The Medical Director serves as the physician leader of the Emergency Medicine program and works collaboratively with hospital and Core Clinical Partners leadership to:
· Support clinical quality, patient safety, and department performance
· Promote a positive, collaborative culture among physicians and APPs
· Partner with nursing and hospital leadership on Emergency Department operations
· Support clinician recruitment, retention, onboarding, and engagement
· Provide physician leadership around departmental initiatives and performance improvement
· Serve as a key clinical liaison between the Emergency Medicine team, hospital leadership, and Core Clinical Partners

Qualifications
· MD or DO
· Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
· Experienced Emergency Medicine physician leader
· Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
· DEA certification
· ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications as required by facility credentialing standards
Salary : $275 - $300
