Position
Core Casting Group is looking for a full-time Casting Scheduling Assistant to help recruit and coordinate participants for ongoing motion capture research studies.
This is a fast-paced remote role focused on outreach, communication, and participant management. We’re looking for someone highly organized, a self-starter, can work flexible hours, responsive, and comfortable speaking with many people.
Responsibilities
- Send reminder messages via text, email, and phone regarding status of coming to a motion capture session for the next day.
- Sending reminder messages again morning of study.
- Communicate any cancellations, reschedules, or scheduling conflicts to the team
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be a self-starter
- Must be able to work efficiently remotely from home
- Comfortable speaking with people throughout the day
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Reliable internet connection
- Must have a computer. Phone & iPads will not work for this job.
- Previous casting, recruiting, scheduling, customer service experience is a plus

- Starting pay: $10.00/hour. Depending on state wage may change.
