Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including staging, seating, and décor.
• Greet and register guests upon arrival, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Manage attendee flow and ensure smooth operations during events.
• Assist with catering services by serving food and beverages to guests.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of event areas throughout the duration of the event.
• Help assemble and disassemble event materials, including signage and promotional items.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in hospitality or event management is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service focus.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with diverse groups of people.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as events require.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
